🧠 Free Online Memory Match Game
Train your brain with a classic memory game. Flip cards to find matching pairs in the fewest moves.
What is this tool?
Our free online memory match game is the classic concentration game: sixteen cards face down, eight matching pairs hidden underneath. Flip two cards at a time — if they match, they stay face up; if not, they flip back. Find all eight pairs to win. The game tracks your moves and time so you can challenge yourself or compete with friends. It is great for brain training, kids' concentration practice, and quick breaks. Everything runs locally in your browser.
How it works
Each round, the game builds a deck of eight emoji pairs (16 cards) and shuffles it using the Fisher-Yates algorithm. Clicking a card reveals its emoji. After two cards are revealed, the game checks for a match: matched pairs lock face up, mismatched cards flip back after a short delay. A move counter and elapsed timer track your performance, and a win message appears when all pairs are found.
How to use

Tips & Advice
Say the emoji name out loud when you flip a card — verbalizing helps memory. Start from the top left and flip systematically to build a mental map of the board. When you flip a new card, first try to match it with the positions you remember from earlier mismatches.
